The inspiration for this custom walnut table was derived from our client's desire to have a large formal dining room table that sat atop a large piece of old machinery. The idea was to combine the sophistication of the table with the distressed/old world feel of the machinery below.
At an inch and an eighth thick, forty inches wide and a hundred and eight inches long, this table was crafted out of six mating pieces of five quarter walnut, all from the same log.
The pieces are butterflied, book matched and mated to make a large dining room table that is capable of seating 10+ guests for your dinner party.
Down the length of the table, we sculptured a custom distressed finished with a draw knife so that your guests won't snag their favorite angora sweater as they join you for dinner.
As with all of our products, this table was made of 100% hardwood--no veneers here, and is crafted by United States citizens and made from renewable resources.
For this custom floating vanity, we were inspired to feature this beautiful floating bowl sink made of polished granite.
Going through the design process, we met with our clients at the space and began taking measurements and brainstorming ideas on how to incorporate all of the features and nuances they desired.
The vanity is made of wormy soft maple and boasts an Aspen gray finish and has a distressed look and feel in the front.
You can see that the water supply was re-routed to provide the angle of the faucet. This was one, among several other features that the owners desired and we provided.
